Due to its distinctive flavour and versatility, it is becoming a popular cocktail ingredient and a new favourite for bartenders across the globe.

In a world’s first, they have rested their classic Hickson Rd. London Dry Gin for three months in a tepache wheat beer barrel, seasoned with pineapple, cinnamon, ginger and allspice.

The time in the barrel has allowed the gin to pick up an attractive dracula 30ml vape juice litchi di mela verde golden hue and develop mellow notes of oak, while the dominant juniper flavour softened.

The resulting Tepache gin has a distinctive pineapple and baked banana flavour with subtle notes of cooking spices.

It is a delicious sipping gin that is best enjoyed neat, or with dry or lemon flavoured tonic for a unique G&T experience.
