Refunds and Exchanges

ONLINE REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Accidentally order the wrong item.

Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and email us with your name, order number and reason for return. We will provide you with details on how to return your item. Once your item is returned we will send out the correct item you wanted. 

Broken or Damaged Goods.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@theglobalcollective.co with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We will not provide refunds or exchanges for product that is returned damaged or not in the original packaging. Refunds will be issued once the product has been received in good condition.
